The Deluded Ones

The fable of a pardise with 72 virgins is so programmed into the jihadist mindset that in the 1980's during the war between Iraq and Iran , on a television interview by an American news correspondend with wounded Iranian soldier in a hospital, he spoke of a paradise with 72 virgins. The interviewer answered him "But that's a matarial and carnal idea of the flesh, what doe's that that have to do with an afterlife with God? The soldier replied "I don't Know, I try not to think of that too much." The reader can be sure he didn't and was programmed not to. This is thee result of those brainwashed in the madrassas and mosques.
Furthermore, this teaching of a paradise with 72 virgins is in contradiction to the Bible, Matthew 22:29,30, Second Timothy4:3,4, so that no Christian would believe such nonsense. Also, an intelligent non-christian can see this teaching as a far-fetched fabrication without having the Bible as a guide and reference to what teachings are true or not. For example, the French philosopher Francois- Marie Voltaire [1694-1778] wrote "As long as men coninue to believe in absurdities they will coninue to commit atrocities."
